Our Philosophy

It is the philosophy of the Northeast Softball Umpire Association (NESUA) to provide the best training possible to new incoming umpires as well as ensuring continuous training to our entire group of umpires. We have the most talented and experienced staff available to mentor and instruct incoming umpires utilizing the most current field mechanics and theories in the profession.
